Master’s degree programs

The READ program supports the development of two new master’s degree programs in Russia: a full-time program on “Educational and Psychological Measurement” at the Higher School of Economics (HSE) and a part-time program on “Educational Evaluation and Assessment” at the Moscow School of Social and Economic Science.
