Completed the dissemination activities from the “South Asia Regional Conference on Using Large- Scale Assessments to Improve Teaching and Learning” workshop that was held in New Delhi in April 2018, including providing a feature story for the READ 2 newsletter and uploading conference materials on the READ 2 website
Developed 19 test blueprints for grades 5, 9, and 12, which propose improved means for assessing student readiness through examinations. Test blueprints were developed by a READ 2 consultant alongside Test Development Committees, which comprise subject experts, psychometricians, and school teachers
Produced a report for review by MECSS on the subnational dissemination workshop (April 2018) targeted to education authorities and parents in Bayan-Ulgii aimag (province) of Western Mongolia, the region with the largest community of Kazakhs, Mongolia’s most populous ethnic minority
Prepared (with MoEST and ERO) a time-bound action plan based on the third round of NASA grade 8 report for relevant agencies, including activities for specific agencies to improve students’ learning outcomes
Conducted faculty development training for 22 university professors in Classroom Assessment and 19 professors in Measurement and Testing.

Submitted draft policy briefs on EGRA and EGMA results for review and approval by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sciences, and Sports (MECSS)
Disseminated the results of the analysis of the Grade 8 National Assessment of Student Achievement (NASA) in Math, Language, and Science through the national and local media with Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) and Education Review Office (ERO)
