Participation in the GAML meeting

In October 2018, Russian experts took part in the fifth meeting of the Global Alliance to Monitor Learning, UNESCO. The UNESCO Institute for Statistics plays a crucial role in implementing the SDG Agenda 2030, implementing a set of activities to develop comparable quantitative indicators of education development for all countries, statistical approaches and monitoring tools to assess progress towards the global education goal.

Today, the Alliance is the largest international project to assess the quality of education. The participation of Russian experts in Alliance consultations is an indicator of the relevance of Russian expertise in the field of global education.
